We''re seeking a Site Manager to take the reins across three concurrent sites, focusing on energy efficiency works including EWI, roofing, and window/door replacements.Key responsibilities for the Site Manager role: Oversee day-to-day site operations across live retrofit projectsLead site teams to ensure works are delivered safely on time, and to specEnsure compliance with SHDF retrofit requirements and sustainability goalsCoordinate subcontractors, materials, and programme timelinesMaintain high standards of health, safety, and quality controlWork closely with senior management and support junior team members Requirements: experience as a Site Manager, ideally on retrofit or social housing schemesPrevious exposure to SHDF or similar decarbonisation/retrofit projectsValid certifications: SMSTS, CSCS, Asbestos AwarenessConfident communicator and team leaderComfortable using digital tools for site management What s in it for you?
