We are seeking a dynamic and energetic project manager to work on the renovation and interior design of the properties. Our ideal recruit will have a good grasp of business and financial issues and understand the importance of well thought out design schemes delivered to fixed budgets within the overall investment strategy, with sound administration and an in-depth knowledge of CAD. Knowledge of 3D would be an advantage and other industry software. They should be personable, articulate, well organised and have a good telephone manner and writing style, with the ability to sell the services via third party introductions. They will need the ability to multi-task as there may be as many as 20 projects running simultaneously. They will have a minimum of 3-5 years'' experience of undertaking renovations within central London and should be confident both on site and within the office, with their own connections with contractors and 3 party professionals.
