This is a genuine temporary-to-permanent opportunity with a well-established manufacturer supplying high-quality beef and vegetarian products to customers worldwide.The company offers excellent working conditions, paid breaks, and real opportunities for progression into permanent roles.Key DutiesMixing, weighing, and blending raw materials.Keeping production lines supplied with required ingredients.Completing all production documentation accurately.Manual handling of weights up to 25kg.Following SOPs for correct storage of ingredients.Assisting in production as required to meet daily targets and KPIs.Raising any training needs with HR or the Training Manager.Maintaining a clean-as-you-go work area and demonstrating GMP standards.Supporting continuous improvement and performance initiatives.RequirementsPrevious experience within a food production environment is advantageous.Physically fit and comfortable with manual, repetitive work.Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.Proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and progress.Ability to follow procedures and work as part of a team.Own transport or living close to site due to early start times.What We OfferPay rates of 12.63- ..... full job details .....
