Managing a full and varied caseload of both freehold and leasehold sales and re-mortgages, transfers of equity, right to buys and shared ownership schemes from start to finishDeal with client work as allocated by the Partner in chargeEnsuring that all client work is progressed expeditiously and that the client is kept regularly informed on progressExercising high standards of client care at all times in a professional and pleasant mannerEnsuring confidentiality and security of documentation and informationComplying with Solicitors Accounts Rules and the rules on Professional Conduct of SolicitorsProactively promoting the services of the firm and its imageDay-to-day handling of a wide variety of casesRequirements
