This is based within the medical Occupational Therapy team and offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient populationfrom those who are critically unwell to individuals requiring minimal rehabilitation or professional advice. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality assessment, treatment, advice, and evaluation for patients referred to the acute inpatient Occupational Therapy Service. Main duties of the job As a vital member of the multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Occupational Therapy services to acute inpatients. You will manage a defined caseload, independently carrying out assessments, treatments, and evaluations for patients referred to the service. Working collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary and multi-agency team, you will operate as an autonomous professional in line with the Royal College of Occupational Therapists Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct and the Health and Care Professions Council regulations.
