As a key member of the Pharmacy Team, you will provide a comprehensive and patient-centered clinical pharmacy service across various medical and surgical specialties.Job Type:

Full Time, Permanent.Hours:

37.5 hours per week, plus on-call shifts.Location:

The London Clinic Main Hospital, 20 Devonshire Place, London, W1G 6BW.Salary:

Band 7 equivalent salary based on skills and experience.This advert may close once a sufficient number of applications is received, so early application is encouraged.Benefits:Contributory pension scheme (up to 20% contribution).Private Medical Healthcare.33 days annual leave, including bank holidays.Season ticket travel loan, family-friendly benefits, retail discounts, and more.Opportunities for career development and further education.Responsibilities:Provide effective patient-centered clinical pharmacy services in designated wards, including specialties like renal, urology, orthopedics, spinal surgery, colorectal, gastroenterology, plastics, and reconstructive surgery.Lead and develop aspects of the clinical pharmacy service to enhance patient care.Ensure optimal medication use by patients and healthcare professionals.Contribute to service improvements in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.Participate in on-call services for urgent medicines and medication information.Cover weekend and bank holiday pharmacy services as scheduled.Skills and Experience:Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (UK) as a Pharmacist with postgraduate clinical pharmacy qualification.Experience in an acute healthcare setting.Patient-focused, proactive, and dynamic approach.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.The London Clinic is a charitable organization committed to safeguarding and promoting diversity.
