I’m working with a leading maintenance contractor based in Exeter to recruit a Maintenance Administrator for a maternity cover contract.

Duties will include:

  • Front-of-house reception duties: meeting and greeting clients, logging attendance, and issuing keys
  • Liaising with tenants, contractors, and internal teams
  • Producing reports for the management team
  • Ordering materials and raising purchase orders
  • Updating compliance records and maintaining accurate documentation
  • General administrative support as required
You will need:
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • A sharp eye for detail to ensure records are accurate and up to date
  • A professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role
