The role involves supporting a caseload of women involved in the Criminal Justice System, delivering a range of group work sessions. Synopsis of duties:Provide tailored support to women in Salford who are People on Probation.Complete thorough documentation for referrals and WRNA assessments to identify individual needs.Work closely with co-located Probation Service staff to ensure coordinated support.Develop and agree on personalised action plans with each service user.Monitor and review service users progress regularly, updating action plans as needed.Manage a caseload effectively, supporting each client to progress in line with their support plan.Record detailed contact notes following all interactions with clients and partner agencies.Participate in regular supervision with the Centre Manager.Comply with all organisational policies and procedures.Proactively promote and market the service to ensure community awareness and engagement.Contribute to wider project activities such as group sessions, case reviews, training events, and Foundation-led initiatives, as required.Essential Requirements:Experience working with offenders, people at risk of offending ..... full job details .....
