Quantity Surveyor - Fire Remediation Projects - North East London

Take full commercial ownership of critical recladding and fire remediation schemes with a leading main contractor. This is a long-term rolling contract role based in North East London.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Managing projects end-to-end, from procurement through to final accounts
• Tendering, estimating and budgeting for works and consultant packages
• Handling PCSA processes and consultant appointments
• Ensuring compliance with building regulations and fire safety requirements
• Monitoring costs, valuations and variations across live projects

What We''re Looking For

• Quantity Surveyor with main contractor experience
• Confident across procurement, cost management and contract administration
• Strong understanding of numbers and commercial processes
• Willing to work on fire remediation and recladding schemes
• Within commuting distance of North East London
