Production Team Leader (Manufacturing) Permanent Manufacturing facility; 4 day week (Monday to Thursday 07:00 to 17:00) Production supervisor or team leader from a manufacturing or production environment? What''s in it for you • £30,000 to £35,000 basic salary • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and an additional birthday day off • 5% matched pension • Critical illness insurance • Health cash plan • 4 day working week What will you be doing? • Leading a team of production operatives on a daily basis • Running daily SQCDP meetings and communicating targets and priorities • Monitoring productivity, output and delivery performance • Managing attendance, return to work meetings and performance reviews • Investigating quality issues and customer complaints and implementing corrective actions • Ensuring accurate production data and reject reporting within systems • Coordinating with other departments to meet delivery schedules • Supporting health and safety compliance, audits and risk assessments • Identifying training needs and coaching team members • Driving continuous improvement activities including 5S, Kaizen and waste reduction Where will you be doing it?
