Facilities Helpdesk CoordinatorLocation: SE1, LondonJob Type: Temp till end of August 2026 with possible extension (full time hrs)Rate of pay: £16.04 per hour PAYEWe are seeking a proactive and dedicated Facilities Helpdesk Coordinator to manage service requests and incidents efficiently. This role involves close liaison with Facilities team members and contractors to ensure that both reactive and planned works are completed in adherence to our SLAs. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that all operations are managed effectively from initiation to completion while maintaining excellent communication with customers and stakeholders.Day-to-day of the role:Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers/contractors, managing both planned and reactive tasks.Take full ownership of service requests through the helpdesk, ensuring all works are logged correctly on CAFM, tracked, and managed effectively.Raise purchase orders and ensure that invoicing queries are resolved promptly.Coordinate contractors'' access and ensure that works are scheduled properly.Provide report data from the service desk to the Business Support Manager for monthly reporting, including contractor service performance.Assist with the helpdesk function in covering reception and facilities staff as required.Draft and send office communications through email or intranet articles.Support business continuity planning and disaster recovery efforts.Required Skills and ..... full job details .....
