An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Assistant to join a fast-growing and dynamic organisation based in Harrogate. This is a fantastic role for a confident, highly organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting a busy legal function. You will play a key role in supporting the senior legal team with contract management, documentation preparation, and stakeholder coordination across the business. Key Responsibilities: Conduct initial due diligence and support a range of legal transactionsPrepare documentation including management agreements, consultancy agreements, variations, and side letters (under supervision)Manage and maintain the contract databaseMonitor and diarise contract renewal datesLiaise with internal stakeholders including Business Development, Procurement, Compliance, and FinanceCoordinate meetings, calls, and workstream trackersSupport with information requests and dispute documentationBuild strong relationships with clients and internal teams About You: Previous experience in a legal support or contract management roleStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesComfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environmentProficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelA proactive, solutions-focused approach This is a great opportunity to join a growing business where you can develop your legal career and gain exposure to a wide range of commercial legal ..... full job details .....
