We Build Recruitment are now hiring for a Senior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of our client, a leading specialist in interior fit-out solutions.This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable and well-established company, delivering high-end fit-out projects across residential, commercial, hospitality, and public sector developments.As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the financial and contractual elements of multiple projects, ensuring value for money while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all commercial and contractual aspects of joinery and fit-out projects from tender through to final accountPrepare and submit accurate interim valuations, final accounts, and variationsConduct cost planning and provide detailed project forecastsMonitor budgets and track project performance to ensure profitabilityAssess subcontractor quotes and lead the procurement processPrepare and issue subcontract orders in line with project scope and budgetEnsure compliance with contractual obligations and support risk management proceduresCollaborate closely with clients, project managers, site teams, and suppliers to maintain strong lines of communicationAttend site visits, meetings, and contribute to project reviewsRequirementsProven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the fit-out, or wider construction sectorsGood understanding of manufacturing processes, and interior fit-out worksRelevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)Strong attention to detail and commercial acumenProficient in Excel and project costing softwareConfident communicator, capable of working independently and within a team
