This role involves managing 20 operatives delivering insurance works around the East Midlands area, specifically Northamptonshire. Responsibilities of the Project Manager:Manage the program works for a well-established building firm, overseeing 20 trades operativesTo be responsible for project managing the scoping, planning, procurement and delivery of housing projects ensuring that all objectives, targets, contractual responsibilities and obligations are metTo lead on the delivery of selected programmes of works.
