Electrical Construction Manager Location: Slough, South East Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Role Overview The Electrical Construction Manager will be responsible for managing site-based electrical construction activities across projects in the region. The role involves establishing level and survey control, setting out works in accordance with contract drawings, and working closely with the Project Manager to ensure project delivery meets programme, safety, and quality requirements. You will play a key role in ensuring that works are delivered safely, efficiently, and defect free while maintaining accurate records and compliance with company procedures and legal obligations. Working hours are typically 7:00am to 4:00pm, although flexibility may be required to meet project and business needs. Overtime may be paid where additional hours are agreed with the line manager. Key Responsibilities Promote a strong safety culture on site by ensuring compliance with company procedures, legal obligations, and environmental requirements while delivering works safely and to high quality standards.
