At Clouds House, we are recruiting a Waking Night Support Worker to join our team on a full-time basis (34.5 hours per week). Working within our integrated One Team model, you ll play a vital role in maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic residential environment during overnight hours, supporting clients engaged in recovery through a 12-Step and trauma-informed approach. This is an active, hands-on night role where your presence is essential throughout the shift. You ll be visible, alert, and responsive, helping to ensure safety, stability, and calm across the community while reinforcing recovery-focused routines and professional boundaries.
