Tenancy Services Manager Permanent, Full time, Salary circa £50k Our client is a successful, small community-based registered provider of social housing based in Bexley, Southeast London. They own and manage approximately 650 homes, with more in the pipeline; including those that they manage as part of a partnership with the London Borough of Bromley. They are passionate about working together with residents and making a positive impact on the community. We are seeking an experienced manager, with a strong customer focus and good understanding of all aspects of tenancy services, including void management, ASB, complaints and legal and regulatory requirements. We need someone who wants to make a positive difference to our residents and can inspire and lead their team to deliver a robust and supportive tenancy management service, with a strong focus on resident satisfaction.
