Quality Engineer RPS Recruitment is proud to be working exclusively with a North West based engineering organsiation who are looking to appoint a talented Quality Engineer who will lead a team of Quality Technicians and champion quality excellence across the business. As the selected Quality Engineer, you will report directly to the Quality Control Manager and act as the primary contact for quality matters within key customer accounts. You will drive improvements using robust data, ensure compliance with standards, and guide a highly capable team while working closely with colleagues across operations and management. This position is ideal for a Quality Engineer who enjoys problem solving, takes ownership, and is confident influencing others at every level of the business. You will lead review meetings, support the completion of structured quality investigations, participate in audits, manage calibration activity, and support new product introductions through PFMEA, control plans and PPAP documentation.
