About the Role You''ll be providing high-quality, person-centred care within a friendly care centre environment and supporting the support workers on your shift as a manager. Your responsibilities will include the following: Supporting adults with learning and physical disabilitiesAssisting with eating and drinkingProviding personal care, including toiletingEncouraging and engaging in in-house and community activitiesSupporting with Medication Administration and Manual HandlingEnsuring health and safety, including acting as a competent Fire Marshal during your shift This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves hands-on support and wants a role with real purpose.
