Responding to breakdown maintenance requests within SLA timelinesDiagnosing and repairing modular UPS systems and power quality issuesMonitoring and maintaining critical systems in trading environmentsConducting emergency response and standby dutiesPerforming site surveys, producing method statements and risk assessmentsInstalling and upgrading plant and equipmentEnsuring accurate documentation and compliance with financial and safety processesSupporting the Facilities Management Team with technical insights and recommendationsWhat We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications and Experience:18th Edition Electrical Wiring RegulationsFull High Voltage Authorisation (S4) or equivalentExperience in testing and inspecting electrical systemsStrong understanding of critical environments and risk-focused maintenanceExcellent communication and customer service skillsHealth and Safety knowledge (IOSH/NEBOSH, COSHH, Risk Assessments, etc.)Desirable Skills:Experience with BMS, HVAC, VAV, FCU systems, and chilled water circuitsFamiliarity with CDM processes and water hygiene (L8)Previous Authorised Person (e.g., AP15/12) statusWhy Join Us?
