Director specialising in Identity and Access Management (IAM)

advising into the UK Financial Services sector.

Working on a hybrid basis, the role, team, and clients are London-centric and will pay approximately

£200,000 basic

plus additional cash benefits, annual bonuses, and broad benefits.Our client''s cyber security services are categorized within three capability groups:Cyber Risk, Resilience, and PrivacyIdentity and Access Management (IAM) and Cloud SecurityCyber Threat ManagementThey serve clients across three coverage groups:Financial ServicesSectorsInfrastructure, Government, and HealthA key focus of the role is leading the delivery of IAM engagements and contributing to the leadership of the IAM capability.The Director will be responsible for:Developing and executing an IAM strategy for the FS sector in collaboration with leadership and partners, including setting vision, objectives, and overseeing implementation.Expanding the current footprint to meet market demand and client issues, leveraging opportunities across engagements.Building relationships within the firm (e.g., IAM leads in other groups and Technology Risk) to unify offerings.Managing relationships with IAM alliance partners (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta) to promote collaboration and sales.Working with IAM capability leaders on people management to support strategic success.Connecting business transformation initiatives with IAM and shaping future services and tools.Building internal and external relationships to develop a pipeline of opportunities and sell engagements.Defining staffing needs and leading recruitment efforts for cyber security resources.Reporting to the Lead Cyber Security Partner for FS, the role includes:Overseeing delivery of FS IAM engagements, managing multiple projects with senior team support.Growing IAM services within the FS sector.Leading sales and business development initiatives, contributing to the broader leadership team.Identifying growth opportunities within the FS cyber security landscape and developing strategies accordingly.Building networks and client relationships at senior levels (CIO, CRO, COO, CISO, Head of Technology).The personHas experience working in the Financial Services sector, including with large, global organizations.Has held senior roles as an IAM Lead and Consultant.Possesses extensive industry exposure, technical security expertise, and IAM experience.Has proven success in leading, managing, and delivering cyber security and advisory services to large/medium multinational clients.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences, along with relevant sales, negotiation, and project management skills.Understands risk management within a professional services context.#J-18808-Ljbffr
