Full-timeA progressive UK law firm is seeking a Senior or Managing Associate to join its nationally recognised Energy and Infrastructure Property team. This is a strategic opportunity for a lawyer with deep sector expertise to lead on high-value transactions and contribute to the continued growth of a dynamic practice. The team advises developers, investors, and funders on property matters across the clean energy landscape, including solar farms, wind farms, battery storage, EV infrastructure, and other renewable initiatives. You will provide strategic advice, lead complex transactions, and help shape the future of the UK\''s energy infrastructure.Responsibilities
Provide strategic advice on property matters across the clean energy landscape (solar, wind, storage, EV infrastructure, and other renewables)Lead complex property transactions for developers, investors, and fundersContribute to the growth and leadership of the Energy and Infrastructure Property teamBuild and maintain client relationships and expand industry networksCollaborate with colleagues in a collaborative and commercially astute mannerQualifications
