The Role As Sous Chef, you will take responsibility for the kitchen during your shift, overseeing everything from preparation and food quality to hygiene, compliance, and cost control. You''ll play a key role in delivering consistently high standards, supporting the Head Chef, and helping to create an exceptional guest experience. You will also be instrumental in coaching and developing junior team members, contributing to a positive, professional kitchen culture.
