Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting Recovery Support Workers for our client based in Essex.

What will your responsibilities be?

You''ll be working directly with service users to:

1. Develop recovery pathways
2. Provide access to alcohol treatment
3. Deliver harm reduction support
4. Complete needs assessments, including:
* Current drug/alcohol use
* Drug history
* Housing, mental health, and safeguarding concerns

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience working within the health, social care, criminal justice, or other specialist settings, ideally with individuals facing substance misuse issues, is essential. Additionally, possessing an ONC/NVQ level 3 qualification or being willing to achieve this within 12 months is required.
