We are recruiting for the following role: Head of Asset and Facilities Management. This Senior Leadership role will build and develop the new Asset and Facilities Management senior team, manage Eldon’s assets, our contractual obligations under our PFI contract, work with senior colleagues to lead the organisation, report to the Board, manage health and safety and be the procurement lead for the Association.Responsibilities

We are looking for someone with senior management experience within a social housing or a similar regulated environment, with strong experience delivering contracts, including PFIs. A good understanding of Landlord Health and Safety legislation and regulations with a proven track record of compliance is a must.Salary and timing

Starting salary: £75,000 p.a. We will review applications on an ongoing basis; early applications are advised.Benefits
