You will play a key role in delivering projects that improve infrastructure and reduce spills to watercourses by up to 60%, supporting environmental and regulatory targets across the region.The RoleAs Design Manager, you will lead the design and technical delivery of complex water and wastewater projects across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and outline design through to detailed design and delivery.You will manage multidisciplinary engineering teams (civil, mechanical, electrical and process), ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.This is a leadership role requiring strong technical capability, project management experience and the ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead design management on water and wastewater infrastructure projectsDeliver engineering solutions across feasibility, outline and detailed design stagesManage multidisciplinary teams across civils, MEICA and process engineeringEnsure projects meet programme, budget, carbon and quality targetsProduce and review technical reports, drawings, calculations and specificationsPrepare scopes, ..... full job details .....
