Job Title: Facility Maintenance Technician Location: Leamington Spa, CV31 3SG Contract: Full time Hours: 32 hours per week + flexible additional hours Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to provide a complete facility maintenance service, carrying out both regular planned maintenance servicing of the building, equipment, and assets to pre-agreed schedules and reactive works as required. The successful applicant will also support various specialist contractors to ensure compliance and that the building fabric and services are maintained in line with the customer''s requirements. Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesUndertake all aspects of building and facility maintenance to a standard that meets and exceeds customer expectationsCarry out/oversee a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to: Monthly legionella testingPAT testing and record keepingHVAC monitoring and maintenanceMaintaining an asset list registerDry/Wet riser visual checksWater supply and plumbing checks/maintenance.Emergency lighting testInternal and external building infrastructure maintenanceWeekly fire alarm testWeekly fire pump checkVisual inspection/minor maintenance of all assetsWaste movement and disposal managementMaintaining external areas/grounds, including gritting and snow clearanceSupervising and supporting the cleaning teamMaintain the facility plant room, including hot water boilers, pumps, water systems, air handling units, and electrical infrastructureIdentify refrigeration faults ..... full job details .....
