Internal Sales Executive

We are looking for a confident and proactive Internal Sales Executive to join our client based in the Swale area.This role is ideal for someone with proven sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong focus on customer service. You''ll be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activity, developing new business, maintaining key accounts, and supporting the wider sales and operations team to achieve revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:Manage incoming/outgoing sales calls and emailsGenerate new business via telephone prospectingHandle customer enquiries, orders, and issuesSupport field sales with quoting and CRM updatesBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsCoordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service deliveryWhat We''re Looking For:Strong background in internal or telesalesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsTarget-driven with a resilient, self-motivated approachOrganised and numerically literate with good IT skillsCommitted to safety and continuous improvementThe hours of work are 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
