SEMH Teaching Assistant Lichfield Weekly Pay Full-Time Temp to Perm Opportunity Immediate Start Term Time Only PAYE NOW Education is currently recruiting an experienced Teaching Assistant to start immediately within a specialist school setting supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a full-time role with the opportunity to become permanent. The school provides education and support for primary and secondary aged pupils who may have experienced trauma, disrupted education, and behavioural challenges. Staff are supported within a structured and nurturing environment, making this an ideal setting for resilient and committed individuals who are passionate about supporting vulnerable learners. We are looking for a proactive, adaptable and confident Teaching Assistant who can build strong relationships with pupils and contribute positively to their development, both academically and emotionally. The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils across the school day, working both 1:1 and in small groups. You will assist teaching staff in delivering engaging lessons while helping pupils to regulate behaviour and access learning effectively.
