Learning and Development Advisor - Knowledge Transfer - 12 month contract - Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria (required onsite 2-3 days per week) - 47.86 ph UMB or 35.55 ph PAYE (Inside IR35)The Umbrella rate quoted above is the Gross Umbrella rate (i.e. the rate we pay to the Umbrella Company inclusive of ALL employment costs). The RoleThe role will spend the majority of their time sharing specialist knowledge and providing support to business facing generalists in a business or sector working with other People Advisors and People Partners within the People Function. Requires a good understanding of how to deliver in their area of specialism and how to integrate and deliver projects and changes to processes in a business.Role holder will have a good level of knowledge and bring components of best practice and external benchmarking to BAE. This could be in specialist areas not limited to but for example: employee relations, strategic workforce planning (SWP), Learning and Development, Talent Management and nurturing, Performance and Capability, diversity and inclusion and Reward.
