Job Summary/Purpose and Role To provide the leadership and management of multi-disciplined engineering teams in the delivery of projects or workstreams. Working directly alongside Engineering Managers, Project Engineering Managers, and Principal Engineers; responsible for producing engineering concept scheme and detailed design solutions to meet the contracted requirements. Engineering Manager Main Duties and Responsibilities Support the Senior Engineering Manager or Project Engineering Manager to lead multi-discipline engineering teams through the turnkey process, with responsibility for design, quality, schedule, and cost, supported by the project s Lead Engineer. To implement the engineering delivery strategy for an assigned project, informing the Senior Engineering Manager or Project Engineering Manager of project status, issues or changes that could impact engineering delivery performance. To manage the interfaces between the multi-discipline engineering teams, including sub-contract resources, to ensure delivery against programme, incorporating learning from experience and continuous improvement. To provide input into overall engineering progress, resource management and client engagement on an assigned project.
