Dual Site Head Chef

The RoleWere looking for an experienced Head Chef to oversee the culinary operation of two sites based in Central and East London. Both locations combine casual dining restaurant service with variety of events.The role will include being hands on in the kitchen, as well time spent working on the overall strategy, menu concepts and financial analysis. The working week will be 5 out of 7 days, a mixture of shifts and will include weekend days as required.The PersonPrevious experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef within a multi-outlet operation is desired, time spent working within all day dining a la carte restaurants would also be beneficial. The ability to devise menus, plan and the co-ordinate a variety of standing and sit-down functions for differing needs is essential.An inspiring leader who will mentor, develop and help to retain a team of Chefs between two separate locations and someone who is confident communicating with stakeholders at varying levels.Sound financial awareness
Food Costing, GPs, Stock Control, Rotas and Labour. Proficient training in Food Safety, Risk Assessments, Health and Safety and HACCP.
