Interim Digital Communications Specialist
Our education client is seeking an experienced Interim Digital Communications Specialist to support end-to-end communications delivery during a transition period. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role ensuring continuity of high-quality, multi-channel communications and stakeholder engagement. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver an agreed communications plan within governance, brand and accessibility frameworksCreate and publish content across web, email, newsletters, briefings, learning modules, video scripts and presentationsLead cohort communications (drafting, approvals, mail merges and distribution)Coordinate stakeholder communications across internal teams and school audiencesDeliver webinars, briefings and support advisory sessionsManage translation workflows (English/French/Spanish) and external suppliersTrack engagement metrics and use insights to improve communicationsCandidate RequirementsProven experience delivering complex, multi-format communications programmesStrong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skillsExperience managing suppliers and translation processesConfident using engagement data to drive continuous improvementFamiliar with enterprise mailing and content platformsFluency in English as well as French and/or SpanishThis is a temporary role to start asap for 8-12 weeks, requiring some regular presence onsite at our client''s Cardiff office (CF10).
