About the Role:
A welcoming primary school in Aylesbury is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) from November. andnbsp;The role will involve leading small group interventions, supporting whole-class learning, and covering lessons when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead small group and 1:1 interventions across KS1/KS2.
• Provide whole-class cover in the absence of the teacher.
• Work with the SENCO to implement strategies that support pupil progress.
• Support childrenandrsquo;s academic, social, and emotional development.

Requirements:

• HLTA status or equivalent experience in a primary setting.
• Confidence in delivering learning across KS1/KS2.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A positive and resilient attitude.
