Operations Manager / Head of OperationsBased in Knowsley (covering the North West)Permanent 55,000 - 60,000 DOE + car allowance or company car + benefitsWe are looking for an experienced Operations Manager / Head of Operations with a strong construction background to join our growing team. Based in Knowsley and covering the North West, this role will oversee small building works and roofing projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee day-to-day operational delivery across small building works and roofing projects.Lead site teams, ensuring compliance with company policies, RAMS, and health and safety legislation.Monitor budgets, programmes, and resources to achieve operational targets.Work closely with the Commercial Manager and report directly to Tom on project progress and performance.Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery.Provide leadership, support, and mentoring to site staff and supervisors.RequirementsProven experience in an operations leadership role within construction (small works and/or roofing experience advantageous).Strong knowledge of construction processes, HandS compliance, and project delivery.Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and resources.Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.A track record of successfully managing multiple projects across a region.PackageSalary: 55,000 - 60,000 ..... full job details .....
