This is a senior leadership role, ideal for an experienced accounting professional looking to combine client-facing work with regulatory oversight responsibilities. Key responsibilities of the successful Partner (RI) will include:Act as the Responsible Individual (RI) for the firm, ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards across audit, accounting, and advisory services. Lead and manage a portfolio of clients, providing expert advice on accounting, audit, and regulatory matters. Oversee quality control processes, internal reviews, and compliance reporting to professional bodies. Support and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence and professional development. Contribute to the strategic growth of the firm through client acquisition, service development, and leadership within the partnership. To be considered for the position of Partner (RI), you will have/be:Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with significant experience in public practice.
