Commercial Account Executive

We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of an Insurance Brokers based in Colchester who are currently seeking to appoint a Commercial Account Executive to join their successful team. You will be responsible for managing a book of existing client looking to upsell opportunities to generate revenue for the business. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Prospect new leads. Client visits/initial contact. Negotiation and presentation to insurers in order to secure most appropriate cover for the client. Close sales and ensure cover is on risk. Secure cross selling business and referrals. Monitor own performance in line with targets and effectively manage the client portfolio. Ensure all business activity fully complies with FCA regulation and company procedures. Conduct learning, training and assessment exercises. Achieve and maintain a high level of customer service and promote exceptional customer care. Develop and maintain a professional working relationship with all clients and ensure expert advice in all areas of business. Reporting to the Directors and influencing the direction and performance of the business. Skills and Experience Required: Two years previous experience working as an Account Executive in a brokerage. Proven track record in client ownership and achieving growth in commercial insurance.
