Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of 2 years experience. You will bring strong experience managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, including business development, client management, and candidate delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a growing desk and progress into a leadership position. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle Source, screen, and interview high-quality candidates to match client requirements. Advertise vacancies, write compelling job adverts, utilise job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools. Build strong relationships with a variety of candidates. Negotiate offers and close placements successfully. Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets. Contribute to the team''s overall success and help mentor junior consultants as needed. Requirements 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in a 360 consultant role. Proven billing record and ability to hit or exceed targets. Confident in business development or client relationship management. Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. Resilient, ambitious, competitive and self-motivated with a professional attitude. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
