Exciting Credit Controller Opportunity Based in West LothianProgression and Development options£27000-£30000 Your new company Hays are proud to be working with a fast-growing manufacturing organisation who are looking to add an enthusiastic Credit Controller to their finance function due to increased workload as a result of company growth.Your new role In your new role, you will be responsible for:Supporting with managing a portfolio of client accounts Onboarding and managing new accountsEnsuring outstanding accounts are collectedReconciliation of customer accountsResolving internal and external queries Weekly debt reviewsForecast unexpected paymentsUpdate the progress on outstanding accountsRaising credit paperwork and issuing copies of invoices and creditsChase and resolve debtsProcess funds, taking payments, uploading payments from branches.What you''ll need to succeed To succeed, you will be a motivated credit professional who has experience in a similar position and be comfortable communicating at all levels within an organisation. You will have a strong attention to detail and be proficient in Excel.
