Witney, Oxfordshire . This is a varied role where you will primarily handle

residential conveyancing matters

while also assisting on a

light caseload of commercial property transactions .The Role:Working as part of a

Partner-led team , with full administrative support, you will manage your own caseload and contribute to the team’s ongoing success.Your responsibilities will include:Residential Sales and Purchases

(Freehold and Leasehold)Re-mortgages, Transfers of Equity and Title TransfersLeasehold Enfranchisement and Lease ExtensionsPost-completion and title registration tasksHandling

straightforward commercial property matters , such as

business leases ,

commercial unit sales/purchases

and assisting on

Landlord and Tenant matters

as requiredThis is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to

specialise mainly in residential conveyancing , with the opportunity to

gain and develop experience in commercial property law .Requirements:3+ years’ PQE

(or equivalent experience) in Residential ConveyancingPrevious experience or a genuine interest in

assisting on commercial property workAbility to

manage a varied caseload independentlyExcellent
