You will be part of a team providing 24/7 coverage on a rotating shift basis and ensuring all mechanical and electrical systems are optimally maintained.Required Qualifications andamp; ExperienceCity andamp; Guilds certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration Building Services Maintenance.HV Authorised Person (or valid HV qualification), with HV switching experience.BS (18th Edition) Regs.Strong understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS) is an advantage.Experience andamp; SkillsProven experience maintaining critical environments, ideally within data centres.Expertise in close control humidity andamp; temperature conditioning.Strong knowledge of Generators, UPS, Chiller, HVAC, Electrical Systems.Experience in HV switching operations and ability to perform switching duties safely and effectively.Ability to work under pressure, make sound decisions, and provide excellent customer service.Good verbal and written communication skills, with a strong team ethic.Sound Good?
