Mechanical Contracts Manager Company Vehicle Competitive Overtime rates Performance Related Bonus Pension Opportunities to grow with the business and develop skillset within the industry Our Client, a rapidly growing Mechanical Contractor in West London, is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Contracts Manager The head office is based in Uxbridge, West London, with contracts and projects across London and the surrounding Home Counties. Weekly travel to sites is required As the Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will be required to manage and deliver on more than one installation project with values in excess of 200K. The majority of the contracts are retrofit and refurb projects within Local Authority and Central Government. Exposure and experience with these types of contracts is essential. The successful candidate will need to be able to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders. Mechanical Contracts Manager Responsibilities Ensuring that all Projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality and regulative standards. To manage and periodically review the Projects cost flows against Budget and manage any phased payment terms and or variation order processes Identifying and highlight any risks, ensure that these are eliminated at the first instance.
