We need a Recruitment Consultant to help (not do it on your own) develop our enviable and extensive client base, from our office in Stretford (Old Trafford) Manchester. You ll manage the full recruitment cycle developing client relationships, sourcing candidates through Job Boards and social media. The role will involve friendly/warm outbound phone calls to clients and prospects plus, occasional visits to clients so a full driving licence is necessary. We are offering our next Recruitment Consultant Salary to £30k pa on passing probation Individual and uncapped £8k pa bonus paid on new business (including lapsed clients!) Office performance bonus of £2.4k pa paid to each member of staff On-call payment per annum of approx. £2.4k pa (1-week in every-3) 20% of any new business perm fee 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 34-days holiday (includes Bank Holidays and an extra day for your birthday).
