Skanska .We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer - MEP to join our Building Services team in London. The role reports to the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager on a large-scale multi-disciplinary commercial project, managing the MEP scope including design and engineering, coordination, development of 3D models and drawings to construction and as-built status, procurement, installation, logistics, commissioning and project handover, ensuring delivery to design, construction and key milestones.What you’ll do

A solid career path in MEP project engineering with steady progression through loyalty and commitment is a fundamental requirement. Candidates should be conversant with both Electrical and Mechanical disciplines, with strength in either Electrical or Mechanical as a minimum.Collaborate effectively, working both independently and as part of the project team.Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and diligence.Communicate well with the team, design team, and supply chain.Make sound, timely decisions for the work package you are responsible for.Be commercially and contractually astute (preferred).What you’ll bring to the role

Demonstrable solid experience in a project engineering role on similar MEP projects.Experience in the Large Commercial office sector market is preferable.Experience in process management, to defined timescales.Competence in software such as Navis Works, Revizto, Asite, Amtech, etc.Equal opportunities
