Remuneration: £45,000-£55,000 + Bonus

The role of the Technical Support Engineer – Air Conditioning will involve:

• Technical Engineer position dealing with the installation, servicing and maintenance of  bespoke design and distribution of air conditioning products
• Carry out site visits and provide production of detailed reports and solutions for support requests
• Liaise with main suppliers, attend training courses and keep up-to date with application & operation of their products
• Offer front line technical support to internal staff, contractors, installers and consultants
• Production of manual page updates and technical bulletins when required
• Organisation and supervision of product manufacture for in-house and external testing

The ideal applicant will be a Technical Support Engineer – Air Conditioning with:

• Must have 3+ years engineering experience within the VRF/ HVAC or related field
• Must have technical knowledge of expansion units, chillers, heat pumps, air conditioning or related products
• Excellent understanding of ISO9001 standards and procedures
• Must have a Valid UK Driving Licence, CSCS card & PPE
• Ability to work on own initiative and works well with others
• Self motivated, good communicator, IT literate and hungry
