Join us as a Senior Commercial Manager in the Digital Investing team within Private Banking.In this role your focus will be on customer and commercial data, using their insights to help move the business in the right direction, by influencing strategy and plan to deliver new customers into the platform, as well as driving more commercial value from existing customers.Due to your passion for data, you will identify opportunities as well as activities that are less effective and ensure the leaders understand the insights and make positive commercial decisions from this information. It is key, you deliver actionable recommendations that lead to more new accounts or make the digital investing business more profitable through reducing outflows or increasing inflows.You will be the lead person helping us better segment our customer and prospect target audiences so that we can deliver more personalised activities that deliver better outcomes. You will be the lead for our forecasting and planning activities, liaising with stakeholders from across the bank and finance.Essential Skills

Proven experience at providing customer, product and commercial insights that lead to tangible plans and actionsExperienced handling and manipulating large data setsProven experience presenting complex data to Senior StakeholdersExcellent communication skillsDesirable Skills

Previous experience working within BankingStrong commercial and analytical awareness – able to deliver activities that drive open accounts or money to customer accounts based on utilising data from multiple sources to measure, monitor, report and understand KPIsExcellent organisation skills – ability to prioritise a broad range of activities and opportunities based on commercial or positive customer outcomes and deliver these on timeYou may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.This role is based in London.Purpose of the role

To support the bank''s decision-making processes by providing timely, accurate, and insightful information through designing, developing, and maintaining management reports and dashboards that effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends across various business units.Accountabilities

Design and development of comprehensive reports and dashboards using various data visualization tools and techniques.Design, development and implementation of automated report generation processes for improved efficiency and timeliness.Identification and analysis of business requirements to define report content and format.Maintenance and updating of existing reports and dashboards to reflect changing business needs, including co-ordination of reporting template releases and related administrative tasks.Development of robust processes and controls for collating input data and seeking signoffs as required.Engagement with stakeholders as needed to ensure up to date data is incorporated into reporting.Vice President Expectations
