This is a key leadership role on-site, responsible for managing teams, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and labour to ensure efficient workflow. Monitor project progress and report on milestones, risks, and issues to senior management. Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the construction process. Conduct regular site inspections and toolbox talks. Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, material deliveries, and workforce attendance. Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
