Niyaa people are partnered with a property consultancy in Birmingham that are looking for a Retrofit Coordinator. This role will be ensuring the successful delivery of retrofit projects in line with PAS 2035 standards.

Key responsibilities of the Retrofit Coordinator role:

• Ensure compliance with PAS 2035 and understanding of PAS 2030 standards
• Oversee and manage retrofit projects from assessment to delivery
• Identify thermal bridges and simulate improvements using SAP modelling

• BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying
• Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Assessment
• Level 3 Award in Energy Efficiency and Retrofit of Traditional Buildings

• 25 days annual leave + bank holiday
• Flexible working hours (choice of start and finish times based around a 7.25 hour working day, core hours between 10am-4.15pm)
