The practice has a friendly, supportive team consisting of multiple GPs, ANPs, paramedics, and access to a wide range of Primary Care Network (PCN) services including an urgent care Acute Hub.The current diabetic nurse is moving on after 8 years, and the practice is keen to recruit a motivated and skilled Diabetic Specialist Nurse who will thrive in a role offering job satisfaction within a positive working environment.The Role We are seeking a part-time Diabetic Specialist Nurse to join the team, working up to 2 days per week.
