£28,000 - £29,000 Per annum

Commission scheme - £1,000 guaranteed per month and £1,500 targeted bonus per quarter.

A Leading Housing Developer are looking for a Sales Advisor to join their team in the East Midlands. They are a reputable business who are recognised for their high quality homes. Looking for a Sales Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis and oversee 2-3 sites in the Leicester area.

• Managing and promoting the sale of new build housing units
• Providing excellent customer service to potential buyers
• Conducting property viewings and site tours
• Negotiating prices and closing sales deals
• Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams

• Valid Driving Licence
• Previous experience in new build housing sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Minimum of 2 years experience in new build housing sales or property sales.

• Knowledge of the property market and housing industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
